Sighs! It's so upsetting. D: I just read the band blog and saw the tag of unknown people. They seem like they're very unhappy with the band. They said that the EXCOs are pushing their authority around. Like what sia! They're so so so so so wrong lor. Our excos do so much for them and this is what they say. -.- Plus they dont have evidence to prove lor. It's very ironically of the motto "One band one sound one spirts". They ought to REFLECT! And they have to give the excos time to learn right? Being a exco is not a simple task. They have to earn everybody's respect with the authority given by the teachers. Everybody is giving them stress and pressure, from the members, from the ex members, from the teachers. It's not an easy job, kids if you think it is. Everyone can be a drum major then if the job is so simple. Everybody is improving because they love the band. If you really care for the band, REFLECT AND IMPROVE! Actions speak louder than words. Together, the NCOs will prove them wrong. We will improve and reflect ourself first. Respect has to be earned too. Remember the lecture in Deyi? 3 key element to be a good leader.
