Yo ;D I'm back! Obs is fun. I manage to learn alot of things from it. I have never regretted going for this course maybe a little for the first few days but eventually mindset changed and everything seem better. We were hitted by the typHOONNNN~! interesting right? I know. (: Philliphines is nice. Nice people, nice scenery. People are happy and contented although they might be poor. They are very interesting and humble people too. There's alot more for singapore kids to learn out there man. serious! And true indeed. I'm enlightened with many many things there. I suceessfully walked out of my comfort zone. I became braver. I carried right attitude and mindset for everything. And I'm all ready for new challenges in life. And I'm special. I'm not any other girls (: On my way :D

 And yes, I'm back from Sec One DRILL camp(not as strict as last year). Fun, I must say. Cos of the wacky NCOs who are involved. They are respectively Adila, Haziq, Fathiah, Mardiyyah, Felyna, Aini, Audrey, Deon, Sery, Shafiqqa, Vania, Hafiz ;D Didnt had much things to do for the NCOs but the EXCOs are pretty busy :/ So the NCOs slacked and disscussed(lols) about tons of things? Nevermind, you dont have to know (: Glad to see the improvement of the sec one in everything (attidude/drill). They didnt put in effort for the first morning during the camp. It's really disappointing and angry when they didnt learn from their mistakes. And yeah, it made me cry when I tell them off (hey, it's not fake okay?) >.< But, eventually! THEY MADE IT FOR THE TWO DAYS! AND CONGRAT ;D AND NOW, Yes, I'm leaving tomorrow to Cebu, Phillipines. (feeling excited and NOT excited) I hope I'll survive for the 11 days. And I hope everybody will be fine in Singapore. I will miss dad, mum, brother, uncle ): I will miss my bunch of lovelies! Meanwhile, keep the blog alive with your tags! (My moma is at the back. Basically I only have 5 min to blog because my unreasonable moma want me to go to SLEEP @ 10.30 as i have a camp tomorrow. EXCUSE! Sighs! It's so upsetting. D: I just read the band blog and saw the tag of unknown people. They seem like they're very unhappy with the band. They said that the EXCOs are pushing their authority around. Like what sia! They're so so so so so wrong lor. Our excos do so much for them and this is what they say. -.- Plus they dont have evidence to prove lor. It's very ironically of the motto "One band one sound one spirts". They ought to REFLECT! And they have to give the excos time to learn right? Being a exco is not a simple task. They have to earn everybody's respect with the authority given by the teachers. Everybody is giving them stress and pressure, from the members, from the ex members, from the teachers. It's not an easy job, kids if you think it is. Everyone can be a drum major then if the job is so simple. Everybody is improving because they love the band. If you really care for the band, REFLECT AND IMPROVE! Actions speak louder than words. Together, the NCOs will prove them wrong. We will improve and reflect ourself first. Respect has to be earned too. Remember the lecture in Deyi? 3 key element to be a good leader.
